Acknowledging Our Feelings
There’s a lot of energies around us these days and for many of us it can bring up a lot of deep inner processes we need to take a good look at. 🧐
It can be trauma, memories, soul wounds, childhood, a deeper understanding of ourselves, our personality and habits and what we must change in order to create a better life, our thoughts, emotions, and so much more. ✨
Deep transformation, inner work on many levels. 🌱
This can sometimes feel overwhelming and like we are drowning in all the emotions, reflections, memories and energies. 🌺
Whatever comes up, let it come to the surface. Don’t be afraid to look at it. Try to go deeper within. Look closer, is there something you haven’t seen or understood before that is now ready to be brought into the light? 🌟
Don’t be afraid to feel the emotions that’s being triggered or comes to the surface. Let it flow through you. Let the tears run freely. And allow yourself to feel the emotions, instead of pushing them aside and putting them back into the box. 📦
By pushing it away, it won’t heal. It will only keep hurting, like a wounds that never heals. I know, it can feel scary, painful and uncomfortable to feel those emotions and look in those deep, forgotten boxes. But when you do, and you go through them and allow yourself to look at it, feel it and let it all pass through you and then let it go for good. That is freedom! That is healing! That is growth and deep transformation! And you will feel better afterwards. ❤️
But, please try not to drown in it. Don’t stay in the emotions too long. Just feel it, let the emotions wash through you, and look at it and understand what lessons it was meant to teach you and then – let it all go. Set it free, release it from your body, mind and energy field. And let go. Don’t carry it with you any longer.🦋
Also, remember to breathe in this time of big change and shifts. If you’re going through a hard time or heaviness, just remember that this will pass, and you will come out of the tunnel, stronger, wiser and as a new you, if you take time to actually do the inner work with yourself.
And remember to take time to self care, do things that brings you joy while you’re in this process. 🥰
Take some alone time if needed. And spend time in nature.☀️
Breath work and meditation is a very important practice we all should make as our daily routine/ritual. It really shifts our energies and mood to higher levels. 🔥
And rest, listen to your body and its needs. Give yourself love and care, and lots of rest. These energies and shifts can be exhausting at times, so rest is very important. 💕
Be kind to yourself while you do your inner work. Try not to blame yourself or get angry, instead have kindness and compassion for yourself and the parts of you that you discover. 💖
Try to have love and compassion for your shadow sides and your light sides. Strangely enough, we often talk about and focus a lot on our shadows and “flaws”, the negative aspects of ourselves, we spend so much time and energy complaining about that. Instead of talking about and focusing on the beautiful and positive sides we have, what we are good at, our values, our inner and outer beauties and qualities. 😍
Be conscious of your thoughts and how you speak to yourself and the way you think, feel and act every day. Even when you are alone or look at yourself in the mirror. ✨
Your thoughts are the first step to creating huge changes in your life. Reflect and go deep within. Get to know yourself better. 🧐
