I AM
Two incredibly powerful words.
What you put behind these two words are so important, it can either be very damaging, negative and bad, or it can be strengthening, positive and good. 😃
I spent most of my life putting negative words behind those two words. I am… not enough, not beautiful, not good enough, not what people expect me to be, too much, hopeless, ugly, unloveable, poor, boring, etc. 🤷🏼♀️
I often used the I AM to label myself in the most negative and damaging ways, and I didn’t even consciously know that I was doing it. It was not healthy or good for me, but I didn’t know it at the time. 🤔🤷🏼♀️
Our brain believes in the thoughts we think and the words we speak, and sends out signals to the body which creates emotions and reactions in the body. The brain doesn’t know if what we are telling/feeding it is good or bad, or even true. ☺️
When I understood this, I became aware of how many negative things I focused on and said to myself every day. 🧐
I realized what habits I had and words I said every day. I even asked the people in my life what I said or answered a lot, and I saw a pattern I didn’t like. It made me conscious of how I used the words I AM. 🌟
I AM – it is so powerful. Knowing that you are the creator of your own life and reality, putting negative words behind those two words, should never happen again. Don’t you agree? 👏💪😃
So, how can you change this? 🤔💕
✔️ First, become aware of what you say a lot. And how you are thinking.
✔️ Second, change it! Change out the negative words with positive ones instead.
✔️ Third, find some powerful and positive words to put behind the words and see how it feels in your body, heart and soul to say it out loud.
Some examples are:
🌟 I AM beautiful.
🌟 I AM lovable.
🌟 I AM enough.
🌟 I AM love.
🌟 I AM my soul.
🌟 I AM my breath.
🌟 I AM a divine being.
🌟 I AM happy.
🌟 I AM grateful.
🌟 I AM strong.
🌟 I AM conscious.
Can you come up with 3 positive “I AM” affirmations or sentences? 👏
Start with what you often say to yourself that you would like to change, and then change the words into positive sentences instead.
Remember, the words “I AM” are words we say to ourselves daily in different situations, often unconsciously. So, it doesn’t have to be affirmations, but it is all about becoming conscious and aware of our own thoughts and words. And how to empower ourselves by changing the words we use.🌟✨
Talk to yourself like you would talk to your partner, loved ones or best friend. Be kind to yourself and use loving and powerful words.
Lots of Love
