Sagittarius Season – 2022
The Sun is in the Sign of Sagittarius from November 22 – December 21. ✨ ♐️
As we leave the intense watery depths of Scorpio these next few days, and welcome the rejuvenating and adventurous fires of Sagittarius – it can be helpful to reflect one last time on what you have released (and maybe are still releasing) and giving death too in your life, during this Scorpio season of transformation.
This will help you welcome the adventurous and truth seeking fires of the archer (who in its high side points their arrow of wisdom and truth with great precision and powerful intent).
Sagittarius is a fire sign, depicted by the bow & arrow of the archer, & is usually shown as a centaur archer, pointing straight & true.
In its high expressions it’s full of passion, excitement, adventurous spirit, contagious optimism, truth seeking freedom, powerful expansion & philosophical wisdom.
In its lower states it can express harsh judgment, self righteousness, deep despair & ‘flightiness’ (not committing and/or running away when it feels uncomfortable).
Looking at the high & low expressions mentioned above (and without self judgement) take note of the situations and times in your life where you have expressed these various sides of Sagittarius in your life. You can later use these reflections during your New Moon & Full Moon rituals later this month.
Sagittarius is one of the great teachers of the zodiac – partly because of its strong connection with adventure and travel and gaining wisdom by joyously experiencing life fully. Learning more through doing, rather than reading, writing & memorizing.
At its heart though, Sagittarius is seeking the greater Truth in life. It’s the energy within us all that is inspired to seek out our own experiences so we can learn the truth about ourselves, each other, the world and the cosmos.
Allow yourself to ‘follow your bliss’ (as Joe Campbell wisely put it) and connect with your deepest Truth this Sagittarius season.
Point your arrow of Truth straight in the direction you want to head towards this season, and allow your adventure to unfold outside of you, and inside of you – bringing you closer and closer to that wise person within that you have been seeking all along.
