Breathe. Just breathe.
In moments when you feel worried, anxious, overwhelmed or lost – and need to calm and come back to your center, try this…
Visualize, feel or sense golden roots weaving down from your Root Center, into the ground, past layers of water, soil, sand, and stone – connecting to the centre of Mother Earth.
On your exhale, release all the heaviness, tension, anxiety and worries down these golden roots, down to Mother Earth.
She takes these energies and transmutes them, so release all the heaviness that you need too, it doesn’t bring her harm.
On your inhales, breathe up beautiful energies from Mother Earth, of unconditional love, nourishment, support, creative power & harmony.
Do this as many times as feels good for you, exhaling and inhaling, releasing heavy energies and bringing in higher ones.
When you feel complete, visualize, feel or sense the golden roots coming back up, through layers of soil, stone and sand, back into your Root Center.
Do this practice as often as feels good for you.
